A Corporate Meditation session is always tailor-made. The session can have a specific theme, focus on the individual or the group, be a one-off or recurring event or teach employees to embed meditation in their own lives by offering training courses. Below are frequently requested sessions, I like to think along about other ideas.

Corporate Meditation 30-45 min

In a Corporate Meditation session 

we do breathing exercises, 

meditation and simple (chair) yoga exercises. We end with a meditation that can tie in with the theme of the day. Creativity, positivity, resilience, courage or cooperation. Everything is possible. 

Energizer 15 - 30 min

Online and onsite

As a start to a meeting or in between meetings, a short breather can help keep you feeling fresh and productive all day long  to stay. A lot can be achieved in a short session. Literally take a breather and go through the day with renewed energy.

Yoga and meditation 60 - 75 min

In this physical session you will be challenged mentally and physically. In addition to breathing exercises and meditation, we also do a set of yoga exercises. Experience is not necessary. As a sporting part of an event, day start or just a release at the end of the day.

Learn to meditate 4 x 30 min

Online and onsite

Would you like to introduce employees to meditation in an accessible way? Meditation is for everyone but the art is to find out what suits you and is feasible in your own life. Through a diversity of techniques, employees discover what suits them and how they can incorporate this into their own week.
